Dame Dash Isn't BROKE+Celebs Sendin' Twitpics...

Despite folks going in on Dame Dash's brokeness these past couple years thanks to his public child support payment and tax "issues"...it looks like he does have some serious dough in his oven.  We just found out that Mr. Dash is the owner of a multi-level complex in Tribeca called DD172. And that piece is an extra multi-million dollar asset.  It houses an art gallery and fashion and media offices for several companies.

CELEB ESTATE FAB: Rihanna Gets New Summer Digs & She's Testifying Against Chris Brown

Rihanna will reportedly rent this $18,000/month penthouse apartment in New York over the summer. Apparently she's signing a lease on the luxury SoHo spot on Greene Street as she begins acting classes in the city. And today, reports have confirmed she will indeed be called to testify against her ex boyfriend Chris Brown in next month's hearing.  Her lawyers say she will indeed comply...which means she will be facing Chris in person since he has to be there as well.   Other singers will also be called as witnesses.

The apartment, which was originally on the market for $22,000/month, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's 2,300 sqft and has a 500-square-foot terrace where she plans to put up a small tent to block out the paparazzi. As reported yesterday, Rih will start filming her movie, Personal Protection, later this year. More pics of Rih's new digs when you read the rest...
