Throwback vibes with new school feels.

Public Enemy – Chuck D & Flavor Flav – hit the stage for the remix of their classic hit “Fight The Power,” add some new voices for a new vibe. Rappers Nas, Rapsody, YG, along with The Roots’ Black Thought and Questlove. Jahi from Publice Enemy Radio also added new lyrics to the track for the awards show.

The Black Lives Matter movement was highlighted on the song, bringing awareness to the deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, Rayshard Brooks, and other black victims killed by police officers and racist white people.

Looks like Public Enemy and Flavor Flav squashed their Bernie Sanders "beef" too.
