Trey Songz Is ‘Too Blessed To Be Stressed’ Over $10 Million Sexual Assault Lawsuit, But The Accusations - If True - Are Disgusting

Trey Songz is being accused of sexual assault and has been hit with a $10 million lawsuit. He’s not stressing about it though. Peep his reaction and deets on the lawsuit inside…

Trey Songz is being accused of sexual assault and has been hit with a $10 million lawsuit by a Georgia woman.

The woman – using the name Jane Doe – is accusing the R&B crooner of sexual battery inside a Miami nightclub. According to the court documents (obtained by The Blast), Trey (whose real name is Tremaine Neverson), the woman claims on January 1, 2018 Trigga invited her to E11even nightclub after spending New Year’s Eve at Diddy’s home and that’s when he sexually assaulted her.

The suit states, “This is a lawsuit arising from a sexual assault and battery committed by NEVERSON upon JANE DOE while the two were partying at the E11even Miami night club (“E11even”) on January 1, 2018. This suit is based on claims of Assault, Battery, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress. Plaintiff is seeking more than Ten Million dollars ($10,000,000.00) in damages.”

Jane Doe claims she was escorted to a VIP table and that’s when Trigga “sexually assaulted and battered JANE DOE by proceeding to forcefully place his hand under her dress, without her consent, and attempting to insert his fingers into JANE DOE’S vagina without her consent or permission.”

According to Jane Doe,  she wasn't his only victim that night.

The woman claims, “Shortly after the incident with NEVERSON at E11even JANE DOE discovered that she was not NEVERSON’S only victim at E11even, as another female who was in attendance at the nightclub with the group confided to JANE DOE that NEVERSON had also put his hands down her pants and had placed his fingers into her buttocks without her consent earlier that same night.”

The suit adds, “NEVERSON intentionally created an offer of bodily injury to Plaintiff by force under circumstances that created a well-founded fear of imminent peril in PLAINTIFF and NEVERSON had the present ability to effectuate his attempts to produce bodily injury towards PLAINTIFF when he reached under her skirt and attempted to insert his fingers into her vagina.”

Jane Doe wants $10 milli for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Not long after the case was filed and hit the headlines, Mr. Steal Your Girl hopped on Instagram, posting a picture of himself smiling with the caption, “Blessed. Stressed less.”

Trey's mother, April Tucker, also reacted to the sexual assault lawsuit. She posted up a quote on Instagram that read:

“Abusive narcissist or victim? The real victim will search for help because they can’t stand the pain & suffering. The narcissist playing the role of the victim will seek pity with tales of the abuse they’ve endured. Their life is fine; there’s no pain, no abuse to overcome. Their only problems: they lost their meal ticket when the real victim got away.”

You'll recall, Trigga was brought up on felony domestic violence charges after a woman named Andrea Buera accused Trey of choking and punching her repeatedly during All Star Weekend in March 2018. A few months later,

Andrea's attorney filed a request for a dismissal of the suit with prejudice and the case was dropped.

In 2017, actress Keke Palmer spoke out about an encounter she experienced with Trigga during a video music shoot. At the time, the daytime talk show host made claims that Trey used “sexual intimidation” to use her likeness in a music video that she did not approve. At one point, she even threatened to sue him, but they were able to hash things out and bury the hatchet.
