Cuba Gooding Jr. appeared before a judge in New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan yesterday for his arraignment where he pleaded not guilty to two instances of sexual misconduct. These are NEW charges that were unsealed yesterday.

A second woman claims the Oscar winner attacked her in October 2018. The new charges stem from that incident. According to reports, prosecutors say they are aware of 12 other uncharged incidents.

Here are the deets surrounding his second indictment via the LA Times.

According to the indictment, the 2018 incident took place at Tao nightclub on Oct. 24, 2018. There, Gooding allegedly pinched the buttocks of a woman without her consent and also made sexually suggestive remarks to her. He denied his conduct and stated that he would never return to the downtown nightclub again, prosecutors said.

According to TMZ, a 4-count indictment was brought down against Cuba and he's facing one count of forcible touching and one count of sexual abuse in the third degree for the new accuser, which are both misdemeanors.

The 51-year-old actor has been awaiting trial for his previous charges, which include third-degree misdemeanor sexual abuse and forcible touching. Back in June, the actor was accused of groping a woman at a Times Square area rooftop bar. The 29-year-old plaintiff claims he was intoxicated when he placed his hand on her breast and squeezed it without her consent. The “Jerry McQuire” actor was arrested, charged, and pleaded not guilty to forcible touching and was released on his own recognizance. Cuba attempted to get the case thrown out recently, but the judge refused.

More women have forward with sexual misconduct allegations against the "American Crime Story" actor and they share similar stories about how he allegedly sexually assaulted them. One woman shared an alleged story about how he asked her to pee in his mouth.

In February 2011, Gooding allegedly grabbed the female stranger’s arm in an LA bar as she walked past him to go to the bathroom. The pair had no “prior interaction,” the papers state.

Gooding “then placed his hand inside the woman’s blouse and squeezed her bare breast while he stated, in substance, ‘Sit on my face, pee in my mouth,’ ” the papers say.

She pushed him away while telling him, “You’re so nasty,” according to the documents.

A total of 14 women are now speaking out about sexual misconduct allegations against the actor. 12 additional women have come forward following the first two women who came forward. Yahoo Entertainment reports:

Prosecutors detail 12 other alleged incidents of groping, sexual abuse and/or inappropriate conduct in an attempt to show a pattern of behavior. The incidents, all uncharged, range from 2001 to 2018 in New York, California, Texas, Nevada and New Mexico occurring at bars, clubs, hotels and restaurants. One woman alleges the Oscar-winning actor "touched her vagina over her underwear without consent" in Malibu, Calif. in 2014. Another woman claimed Gooding bit her shoulder at a bar in 2006. While prosecutors cannot file charges against Gooding based on the alleged incidents, they want the "uncharged bad acts" admissible to "show his bad character or criminal propensity." Prosecutors believe the incidents refute any claim by Gooding's defense team that the actor's behavior in June or October 2018 was accidental or consensual. The 12 women are apparently willing to testify.

So it looks like more charges will be coming down the pipeline for the Hollywood actor. His next court appearance is set before Christmas on December 13th.

Guess those rumors about how wild he gets whioe out on the scene are catching up to him...
