There are new developments involving the Antonio Brown alleged rape case.

Gymnast turned trainer Britney Taylor filed a lawsuit against Patriots baller Antonio Brown accusing him of multiple incidents of sexual assault and rape. Antonio denies all claims, saying any sexual relations with her were consensual.

Now, video clips of the NFL star and what looks like Britney have surfaced. In the clips, the twosome were seemingly comfy with each other.  Some have read into it as they seemed confortable like a "romantic relationship" while others think it's just two friends hanging out.  Either way, this has no bearing on whether or not a person could have been raped or sexually assaulted.  One can, in fact, be assaulted by a person they are very much in a relationship or marriage with.  It could, though, affect the argument of whether they were in a romantic relationship or strictly brother-sister relationship.That would then affect credibility. How two people were hanging out still doesn't automatically dictate whether a person was or wasn't assaulted.

In one clip, AB is seen laying in the bed before he spans the camera on a woman (who is believed to be Britney) siting on the bed.

Britney hasn’t addressed why she chose to be in his presence multiple times after the first and subsequent alleged acts. She does state that she had a "brother/sister type relationship" with AB. She's asking for $75,000 in damages in her civil sexual assault lawsuit against AB. We've learned this is the minimum amount she had to file in order to qualify it to enter into a civil case with diversity of jurisdiction.

The timing of the leak of this video is definitely suspect, and no one has confirmed the context around it.

It’s now being reported, Britney never filed a police report following the alleged raped or the two alleged sexual assault incidents. You’ll recall, Britney made claims that the NFL wide receiver sexually assaulted her multiple times in Pittsburgh back in 2017 and she made claims that he raped her in Miami in 2018. Police in Miami Hollywood, FL, and Pittsburgh, PA have no record of her ever filing a criminal complaint with officers.

TMZ reports:

When we spoke with officials from the Hollywood Police Department in Florida -- where Brown has a residence -- they told us they have no records of a complaint ever filed by Taylor.

A spokesperson from the Department of Public Safety in Pittsburgh says they have no records of a complaint either, adding, there are "no active investigations into" Brown at this time.

As for the Miami-Dade Police Department, a spokesperson there tells us, "The Special Victims Bureau does not have any records of a sexual assault reported by the alleged victim, nor any reports where Antonio Brown is subject."

Of course, the fact that she didn’t go to the police doesn’t mean Antonio is automatically innocent. Rape victims (alleged or not) often times don’t go to the police, especially when the abuse is coming from someone they either loved or trusted.

According to her lawsuit, Britney met Antonio during Bible Study when they both were college. Her first encounter with Antonio happened at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes meeting at Central Michigan University in 2010. She was a freshman and he was a star player on the college’s football team, according to the suit. Apparently, Britney was paired with Antonio as his bible study partner.

The lawsuit states:

"After several months, the shock, disbelief and denial gave way to overwhelming bouts of anxiety, and Ms. Taylor fell into a deep depression,” the suit claims. “She has had near-daily panic attacks, frequent suicidal ideations, and insomnia.

“It has been extremely difficult for her to process that Brown could betray and violate her so completel."

“Ms. Taylor had to relive the trauma of these events through this examination,” the suit says. “The polygraph examination confirmed her completely truthful account that, in June 2017, Brown ejaculated on her without her consent and that, in May 2018, that [sic] Brown raped her.”

Antonio claims they only had consensual sex, and believes her suit is nothing more than a money grab, according to his agent, Drew Rosenhaus.
