Oh, you mad? Djimon Hounsou stepped out for a dinner date with a mystery woman and it seems his ex-Kimora Lee Simmons has some words. Deets inside...

Djimon Hounsou hit the scene last week with a new lady friend, but everyone didn’t seemed to be pleased.

Who’s that certain someone you ask? It’s Djimon’s ex, Kimora Lee Simmons.

After the pics of the Amistad actor and the mystery woman hit the Internet, the Baby Phat honcho - never one to steer away from shade - hopped on Instagram Stories with a crazy poll. She posted:

“Ni**gas is b*****s now huh?”

Fans could respond "Hell Yea" or "No." Oop.

Kimora’s personal life has always been commendable due to the fact that she has an amazing blended family where her partners - past and present - seem to get along pretty well. But, there's drama brewing between the former model and her actor ex-husband.

It seems the shade may also have something to do with a current custody battle between the two exes.

According to TMZ, Djimon filed for joint custody of his son, Kenzo Lee Hounsou, after making claims that Kimora had been keeping the 10-year-old from seeing him. Photogs caught up with him a few months ago and he revealed he was unable to see or speak to his son on Father's Day. Yikes.

Meanwhile, Kimora is singing a different tune. She has denied that she’s keeping their son away and that Djimon simply doesn't want to spend time with his son. Basically, she claims he's a deadbeat.

Russell Simmons, the most famous ex of the bunch, found himself involved after he offered to help Djimon see Kenzo if he promised to sign a document that stated he would not take his son back to Africa permanently. Apparently, Russell told the media Djimon wanted to take Kenzo to Africa permanently. The Blood Diamond actor was not here for the Hip Hop mogul's proposition and did not sign any documents. Welp. Russell also made claims that Djimon doesn't even pay child support to help care for his son.

The fashion mogul and Oscar nominated actor started dating in 2007. In 2008, the former couple participated participated in a traditional Benin commitment ceremony, but they were never legally married in the United States. In 2009, they welcomed Kenzo Lee and ended up calling it quits in 2012.

In 2013, the mother-of-four went on to marry Goldman Sachs banker Tim Leissner.

Custody battles are always hard, especially for the children. Hopefully everyone can come to an understanding for the sake of little Kenzo.
