T.I. and Lil Duval are adding their two cents into the Chris Brown "black b*tches with good hair" social media showdown with "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Tokyo Vanity. Catch up inside...
Chris Brown has been catching heat over a lyric about black women in his song "Need A Stack," a cut from his recently released Indigo album. On the track, he sings:
“Diggin’ it, then I’m lickin’ all on that pussy, put it right there/ Only wanna fuck the black bitches with the nice hair," Breezy sings on the track.
The lyric wreaked havoc on social media with people calling him out for colorism. "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star & rapper Tokyo Vanity hopped in TSR's Intagram comments and made claims that Breezy doesn't find dark-skinned women attractive, so the lyric wasn't shocking to her.
The "Back To Love" singer started trolling Tokyo, posting a picture of her on his IG Stories, asking if he could take her out to dinner. Soon after, Tokyo hopped on Instagram and dragged Breezy for filth. She talked about how he wouldn't let her dark skinned friends in his VIP sections and she also accused him of doing drugs.
Breezy then posted a picture of a dark-skinned woman in his VIP section and then he shared a screenshot of his song "Brown Girl" with the word "Dummies" written across it.
Peep their heated exchange below:
Breezy fans have been out in these Internet streets caping hard for him, while dragging Tokyo in the process. But, she isn't bothered.
Bloop.
Fans have also dug up some old tweets Tokyo posted years ago:
Not only are fans defending Chris, so are a few celebs. Comedian Lil Duval reposted a tweet he made about hypocrisy when it comes to people sharing their preferences. T.I. backed him on it:
These two are well aware of the problematic historial implications when it comes to skin color, so them trying to compare it to somebody's damn height is apples vs. oranges. No surprise here though...
