Plastic surgery invoices and private emails revealing Mariah Carey got plastic surgery has leaked. And her former manager Stella Bulochnikov's name is connected to it. More inside...

Mariah Carey settled the sexual harassment lawsuit filed against her by her former manager Stella Bulochnikov back in January. Now, some new drama is brewing and the singer's former manager is being linked to it.

According to reported leaked invoices and private emails, Mariah Carey allegedly used Stella's credit cards to pay for plastic surgeries and spending sprees. She used the cards to keep it on the low, but now, it's all out in these Internet streets.

"Mariah never wanted people to know about her shopping or surgeries so she would put them on [former assistant] Lianna's [Shakhnazaryan] card or [former manager] Stella's [Bulochnikov] cards," an insider told The Daily Mail.

"She has an AMEX card of her own but her business management team only let her have one because of her spending - she always spent so much on it, it would get maxed out."

The source made claims that MiMi has a serious shopping habit and often uses her employees credit cards to purchase things and then has to reimburse them.

"All the staff, including her security guards and nannies, have to put stuff on their cards and get it reimbursed," the source continued. "Even for things like the children's McDonald's. They were never given money up front or petty cash."

Dang. Credit cards for Mickey D's?

Right after the 49-year-old singer settled with Stella in January, she filed her own lawsuit against her former personal assistant - Lianna Shakhnazaryan - over secret recordings the woman took of her doing "embarrassing" things and then blackmailing her for $8 million to keep them under wraps. She wants $3 million.

Shakhnazaryan filed a counter-suit in January, alleging she endured battery and racial abuse from the singer. They're currently battling it out in court.

In new court documents filed by Shakhnazarian, she alleges Mariah would run her credit cards and was told she would be reimbursed by the legendary singer. She the "We Belong Together" singer would ask her to make some of the purchases on her behalf and was promised reimbursement or she could use a company card given to her by Mariah's management company, Boulevard Management.

Not only was Mariah using the credit cards for things like McDonald's, she also allegedly burned through cards for plastic surgeries in April 2017 - something Mariah has always denied in the past. The Daily Mail got their hands on the invoices that reveal Mariah had, if these invoices are legit, at least six cosmetic procedures, which include butt injections, fat freezing and more.

One of the invoices totaled $32,765, and included a $10,000 in PLLA buttock filler injections, a $4,800 LipoFreeze fat-melting laser treatment to her upper breasts and an $8,900 firming ultrasound procedure to her neck and jawline.

And get this, the invoice from Epione Beverly Hills Clinic was billed to "Stella Carey," which is believed to be a fake name used by MiMi. Hmm...Stella, did you leak this info, sis?

Another receipt, paid for using Shakhnazaryan's own American Express credit card, totaled $7,915 and was for a vShape tightening radio-frequency treatment to the thighs, ostensibly for the singer, plus a $485 case of protein shakes. On that receipt, Mariah was registered under "Margot Channing," which is believed to be another alias she uses to check into hotels.

By the way, Margot Channing was the name of the character played by Bette Davis in All About Eve.

The Elusive Chanteuse singer is also being accused of charging Shakhnazaryan's card $273,000 for items during a two-day shopping spree.

Below are more details about Mariah's alleged spending habits:

A statement for the former assistant's credit card reveals purchases in an array of designer stores on Christmas Eve 2016 totaling $55,545.16 - among them a bill for $4,862.21 at Gucci and $10,895.29 at Dolce & Gabbana.

Another $2,508.44 was spent on a 'women's accessory' at Louis Vuitton and a splurge of $10,135.94 at upmarket menswear store Ermenegildo Zegna.

Again allegedly using Shakhnazaryan's credit card, she spent $16,656.23 at Gucci, $39,681.37 at Louis Vuitton and then bought a relatively modest amount of groceries at WholeFoods for $218.37.

In Shakhnazaryan's paperwork, she "was damaged in excess of $600,000 for expenditures made at the request of and/or on behalf of DEFENDANTS, and for which she was never reimbursed, and of which Plaintiff is owed."

Shakhnazaryan's lawyer, Mark Quigley, issued a statement to the Daily Mail claiming the accusations Mariah made against his client are not true and "baseless."

"These baseless allegations are an attempt to attack my client's character and deflect attention away from a workplace harassment and wrongful termination lawsuit she filed today against her former employer, Mariah Carey.

"My client never did anything she wasn't specifically asked to do while working in the course and scope of her job as a personal assistant. Her lawsuit is about holding her employer accountable for severely inappropriate behavior that caused tremendous stress and emotional turmoil."

No word from Mariah Carey's camp as of yet.
