We told you Wendy Williams' son, Kevin Hunter Jr., and her estranged husband, Kevin Hunter Sr., got into a physical fight in the wee hours of the morning.
Now, 18-year-old Kevin Jr. has been arrested.
It was reported Kevin Sr. & Jr. got into a physical altercation in a store parking lot near their old New Jersey home. Kevin Sr. allegedly put his son in the headlock and Kevin Jr. reportedly punched him in the nose to break free. Cops revealed they were investigating the "incident" and they apparently found Kevin Jr. at fault and arrested him!
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Kevin Jr. was arrested for assault. Other sources tell the site the fight started when Kevin Sr. urged his son to carve his own path to success and that he needed to do so without handouts from his mother. It was originally reported they got into it over Kevin Sr.'s request for spousal support.
After news broke about the fight, Kevin Sr. issued a statement addressing the fight telling TMZ, "I love my son very much and I will not be pursuing this matter legally. Things are not always how they appear."
Interesting. Sounds like "the boy" - as Wendy calls him - is fed up with his father's antics.
