Megan Thee Stallion is driving the boat straight to charts (and to the BET Awards thanks to her first nomination). Deets inside on everybody's fave new rapper's "Fever" project that just dropped.

She's been grinding on the scene for a while now, and it's def paying off. The first lady of 300 Entertainment (yup, Carl Crawford's label), Meg Thee Stallion, goes between the college classroom and the stage and she's got mad fans supporting her every move. She's even got mad dudes trying to drive her boat too - including Trey Songz who shot his shot after listening to "Big Ole Freak," pre-baby announcement.

Sadly, Meg lost her mom Holly - who was also her manager - back in March due to a cancerous brain tumor. She's been pushing through and staying on her grind, and we can't help but applaud a 24-year-old woman on a mission out here mostly on her own.

The Houston 'Hot Girl" was back home in the H last night celebrating the release of her new project "Fever."

The highly anticipated "Fever" features Memphis' Juicy J and rapper Da Baby.

Her project is described as a rap chick who can be both about her education & her party life (which she properly calls "driving the boat"):

Fever introduces Megan’s college partying persona “Hot Girl Meg” and showcases her musical versatility and growth highlighted by signature rapid-fire delivery and raunchy wordplay that incites a finely tuned mix of sweet, sensual, and savage imagery.

Prior to today’s release, the single “Realer” premiered yesterday as Zane Lowe's World Record on Apple Music's Beats 1, the song serves as the opener to the 14-track project and is an anthem that emphasizes Megan’s status while demanding respect as she puts her competition and critics on blast.

The premiere follows the release of her sex-positive single “Sex Talk” and hit single “Big Ole Freak” which blew up alongside 2018’s EP Tina Snow, which debuted at #11 on the iTunes Hip-Hop chart and is currently top 20 at Urban Radio. "Big Ole Freak" has accumulated over 55MM streams to date with "Freak Nasty" at 14MM streams, and "Sex Talk" at 7MM streams.

She's sex positive, stan positive (making sure she always tells her fans to spread positivity and not hate), woman positive and body positive.   And chick can rap

Meg throws Hottie parties all around the country for her fans and stans, just like the one she did last night with Spotify:

Just hours after its release, “Fever” has already entered the Top 10 on both US Apple Music & iTunes.

Next up for the Hot Girl, she's set to kill the stage at Made In America Festival Labor Day weekend.

Congrats Meg!
