Jennifer Hudson's ex-fiance David Otunga is trying to make a come up like Mary J. Blige's ex-husband Kendu Issacs. Get the latest inside...

Men love doing the most with the least!

Jennifer Hudson and her ex-fiance David Otunga's custody battle just keeps getting messier and messier. He's clearly following in the footsteps of Mary J. Blige's ex-husband Kendu Issacs, who tried to suck her bank account dry. This must be a f*ck boi requirement.

Apparently, he think he's entitled to JHud's coins since he had a baby with a celebrity. His thoughts, not ours. The WWE commentator wants "The Voice" judge to pay for his...wait for it...housing! Yep, he wants her to dish out funds to pay for his housing. The audacity. But, she's not coughing up any cash.

Here's what's going down behind-the-scenes (via The Blast):

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Hudson’s court battle with ex David Otunga is getting nasty over support he believes she should pay him.

The singer trashes her ex’s claim he was the primary caregiver the whole time, claiming Otunga was often on the road with the WWE.

Since David is out here booking acting roles - like Madea's Family Funeral - the Oscar/Grammy Winner claims he's not as broke he's trying to make himself out to be. She accused him of trying to pursue "a career path identitical" to hers, which debunks his claims that her career made her less of a parent.

The site reports:

She denies that the best decision is to give Otunga primary custody and “denies that her working and David either not working or professing not to work makes him more fit to personally care for the child in the City where the child attends school.”

Hudson adds, “To accept David’s proposition that because he is present, he is a better parent would be to do a disservice to working parents in general and to Jennifer in particular.”

She also calls into question his ability to raise their son in a safe, consistent and loving environment.

Hudson takes particular issue with the idea of her paying for Otunga’s housing costs. She says Otunga is perfectly able to pay for a home, if he actually tried to get a job, saying, “Nothing entitles David to live in a home identical to Jennifer’s.”

The “Dreamgirls” star says she has no duty to support Otunga and “denies that the child support should extend to housing subsidies for David when the parties were never married.”

He's doing all this begging for money and they weren't even legally married? No wonder she stayed engaged so long.

She goes on to say, “Having a child with a celebrity should not be the basis to treat David like someone who has given birth to a child and who has no means of supporting the child. Jennifer is the one who gave birth to the minor child, who had the minor child with her as she traveled prior to the difficulties the parties experienced in their relationship.”

Oh, and there's more...

The WWE wrestler, who is a Harvard Law School grad and former WWE wrestler, is trying to force JHud to testify under oath about their issues. He made this claim after they agreed towork on things outside of the system.

The Blast reports:

The judge did not rule on whether Hudson will be forced to answer to Otunga’s questions but set a hearing on the matter.

Hudson and Otunga already postponed their trial and are attempting to settle the entire case. They are set to appear in court in May to tell the judge of the outcome.

The judge also ordered a future hearing on Hudson’s motion seeking for Otunga to get a job and keep a diary of his attempts at obtaining employment.

Yes, put that Harvard degree to use!  Who raised these men?!

He doesn't look strapped for cash to us.
