Kim Porter's friends and tons of celebs are paying tribute to the late model and mom following her sudden death.

The Hip Hop world was rocked with the news that model/mom Kim Porter had passed away. She was 47.

According to reports, Kim was found dead in her Toluca Lake home. Kim reportedly had been suffering from pneumonia for the past few weeks. It is unclear, though, what was the exact cause of death until a toxicology report is complete.

Kim was the longtime on-and-off girlfriend of Sean "Diddy" Combs for the last 13 years and a mother of four. She and Diddy shared twins D'Lilah & Jessie James, as well as rapper Christian Combs. She also shared her oldest son, "Star" actor and singer Quincy Brown, with singer Al B. Sure.  She also was known to be a muse for Diddy early on in their relationship, as she would bring different artists to his attention.  She did so even after their relationship was over, and that's how Janelle Monae caught the Bad Boy honcho's attention.

She was a muse for her previous ex as well.  Songwriter-singer Al B Sure, who wrote Jodeci's hit record "Forever My Lady" in her honor, posted a tribute to his "Forever Lady":

Kim's best friend Eboni Elektra, who spoke to her the night before, posted up a throwback video of her friend doing a photoshoot with Diddy:

Kim meant so much to so many , but to me and @Wondaland she was the woman who single handedly changed our lives . When I moved to ATL , I was passionate about being an artist but had not gained much exposure . If it had not been for you and the Three Brown Girls (Your company w/ Nicole Johnson & Eboni Elektra) belief in me & inviting me out to do your open mic night “Lip Service” at Justin’s restaurant, my career would have been on another path . You lovingly connected me with two key players that helped move my career forward , @bigboi & @diddy . I am forever indebted to you . When the headlines talk about you I pray they talk about the platform your company gave new and up and coming artists in Atlanta . YOU WERE A CONNECTOR . You were a champion of women in the industry . YOU WERE A BOSS moving through this life with so much style and grace . I am happy we got to hug and talk at Puff’s party but man do I wish I could have told you one more time how much I love you . I am heartbroken . You were light . You were supportive . You were stunning . You were kind ALWAYS . You were creative . You were as real as they came . You were an incredible mother . You were rare . I’ll forever miss you my Sagittarius sister . I am praying so hard for you @diddy , all of the kids , @ebonielektra , @coreygamble , @officialalbsure , and the entire family . I love y’all so much . Your spirit lives forever @ladykp . Forever our lady . Your bday party 2007 . #kimporter

I am in complete shock, I literally have no words. I am so disheartened by this news today and even more so because I have not seen you in awhile. We lived so close at one time that I would walk to your house in the afternoons and spend all day with you. Always leaving with a gift or something that you’d given me. We would laugh and talk and you would tell me everything I needed to learn, never holding back and always keeping it fun! I enjoyed our talks and you opening your home to me, your cooking that you promised to teach me and I mourn at the reality that now you never will. You really meant a lot to me, you maybe didn’t know all I was going through but your companionship was very important in my life. I will always cherish those memories ... Rest In Peace
