Nicole Murphy and Bu Thiam might have a thing going on.  We've got them on a L.A. lunch date inside...

Well what do we have here?  Now that Bu, Akon's younger brother, is a single man (his ex is Tracee Ellis Ross) and Nicole Murphy is single and dating, it makes sense that the two would link up in these Hollywood streets.  They both are seemingly each other's types, based on their exes.  Just sayin'.

The twosome was spotted grabbing lunch together in L.A. this week.  It could be a business meeting, since Bu is an industry executive. Or it could be just a casual run-in.  But something tells us it's quite likely it was a date.

They were seen laughing and smiling as they made their way back to her car before having a small conversation and going their separate ways. 

We're not totally sure what's up, but we'd be here for a coupledom situation.
