Monday night, Janet Jackson had to cancel her tour stop in Montreal, Canada. Paparazzi sources on the scene say an ambulance rushed her to the nearest hospital at around 6.30pm last night. Unconfirmed reports suggest that she was too unwell to perform. At around 9:30pm, a black limo was seen bringing Janet back to her tour bus, and they then began moving on to the next venue. So if she's still heading to her next spot for tonight's performance, it's likely it was nothing too serious. But then again, you never know. Her publicist released an official statement minutes ago (shortly before midnight EST) saying Janet had been hospitalized after falling ill shortly before the concert. She "got suddenly ill" during her sound check and had to be rushed to the hospital just before show time. The statement says Jackson was being monitored at the hospital and hopes to reschedule the show. No further information was given about her condition. Get well soon Ms. Jackson!
